Multiply the Message

Kona has a reputation for its diversity, its pioneering nature and being a place that fosters vision. A few weeks ago we did something new for Kona ... a new way of communicating and celebrating who we are. Multiply The Message campaign was a coming together of the whole campus to share what God has been doing in peoples lives and getting it out on the internet. We want to see more students coming to Kona, to encounter God and go out to change the world. Over the course of a week over 200 videos were filmed, edited and created. We have seen a 200% surge of traffic to our web site, an increase of students applying for schools for 2010, including the January quarter and so much positive feedback.

I was involved in this project helping to co-ordinate the students going for filming and prepping them. I also made a video!! As much as I hate being in front of the camera I wanted to share about what I have experienced in Kona. I even made it into the highlights video, which you can check out above.
